Does AI decide whether I get finance?
No. The software reads your documents and pulls out facts, such as how long you have traded or whether you own the premises. The rules that turn those facts into a result are fixed, versioned and identical for every applicant, and you confirm every fact before it is used. The lender makes the credit decision, as it always has. What the software changes is how long it takes to find out where you stand, and what it costs you to find out.
